Pole Dancing Lessons in Newcastle

Pole dancing is a fantastic way to keep fit as it tones up your body in ways other fitness routines can't.

Hen & Stag World (formerly North East Events Ltd) have experienced pole dancing instructors ready to teach you moves that will increase your strength and flexibility as well as improving muscle tone and general fitness - giving your self confidence a massive boost at the same time!

Our pole dancing lessons in Newcastle are attended by a wide variety of people including housewives, professionals, students, mothers and new mothers. The age range in our classes varies from 18 to late 50s, so this really is an activity for anyone! You will be learning in a supportive environment which aims to increase confidence as well as keeping you fit - and maybe even spicing up your relationship!

Our pole dancing lessons last for 90 minutes and we teach you the basics right up to a very advanced level.

You will be taught at a pace to suit yourself - and will not be rushed into advanced moves until you're ready. But before you know it, we'll have you upside down on the pole!

The venue for our pole dancing lessons is Blue Velvet Club, 20 Dean Street, Newcastle.

Our Newcastle Pole Dancing Beginners Courses are on Thursdays, and our next one commences Thursday 9th September 2010.
