Refund Policy

1. Cooling-Off Period
1.1 Where you are a consumer within the meaning of the Regulations you shall (subject to clauses 1.2 and 1.3) be entitled (by notice in writing to us) to cancel any order for Services within 7 Working Days of the Contract being formed (the Cooling-Off Period) and to receive a refund of any monies paid within 30 days. 
1.2 If performance of the Services has commenced prior to the end of the Cooling-Off Period, you shall not be entitled to exercise your right under clause 1.1 to cancel in respect of such Services.
1.3 Where we supply the confirmation of the information specified in clause 3 during the performance of the Services, the Cooling-Off Period will be extended to 7 working days beginning on the day after the date on which you receive such confirmation.

2. Price and Payment
2.1 The price of any Services will be as quoted on the Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
2.2 These prices include VAT.
2.3 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect Services which have already been confirmed and paid for.
2.4 The Site contains a large number of Events and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Events listed on the Site may be incorrectly priced.  We will normally verify prices so that where an Event's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when confirming the Event to you.  If an Event's correct price is higher than the price stated on the Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before confirming the Event, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
2.5 We are under no obligation to provide Services in connection with the Event to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
2.6 Payment for the Services can be made using a debit or credit card online or via online banking, or such other means as we may decide from time to time. Only currency accepted is pounds sterling.

3. Bookings and Cancellations
3.1 In the event an order is placed and confirmed 30 days before the date of the Service to be provided, a deposit of 20% of the total price must be paid on Confirmation, with such deposit being non-refundable. 
3.2 The balance of the price must be paid at least 30 days before the date the Service is due and should this payment not be made, the deposit will be retained and any Services ordered will be considered cancelled. 
3.3 Where an order is placed and confirmed within 30 days of the date the Event is due, the price will be payable immediately and in full.  
3.4 Where you decide to cancel a confirmed Event in accordance with these Terms, you must verbally notify us at the earliest opportunity and immediately confirm in writing.
3.5 Subject to clause 1.1, where no cancellation fees will be payable for cancellation of the Services, if you do not reserve an alternative Event within this timescale, we will levy a cancellation charge based on your original order for Services. 
3.6 Should we, for any reason beyond our control, need to change the order, the Event or the Services, or cancel or delay the provision of the Event or Services, then we will use all reasonable endeavours to offer you an alternative comparable facility at no additional cost or liability.  In the circumstances, you may accept the alternative facilities or decided to cancel the order and we will return your deposit and any other monies paid in advance.
